Role & responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Maintain a database of leads and update call records regularly.
- Set up appointments and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
Educational Qualification: BBA, BCA, B.COM, MBA.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Confident, self-motivated.
- Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel is mandatory.
