Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the Home Loan (HL) product portfolio, focusing on product strategy, development and business growth.

Drive product profitability, portfolio growth, market positioning and customer acquisition.

Handle the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product design, pricing, policy changes and process improvements.

Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the Home Loan business.

Work closely with Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations and other internal stakeholders.

Identify market trends, competitor offerings and opportunities to enhance product offerings.

Drive product performance through business analytics, portfolio monitoring and periodic reviews.

Lead and manage a team of 4 or more , ensuring effective execution of product strategies.
