Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Python programming, backend development, API design, cloud technologies, databases, and software architecture. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and driving best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Python-based applications and services.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
- Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, UX designers, and DevOps teams.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Python 3.x and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Strong knowledge of REST API development and integration.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases:
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- MongoDB
- Redis

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms:

- Microsoft Azure
- AWS
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or Generative AI technologies.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with data processing frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, or Apache Spark.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Relevant cloud or Python certifications.
