Senior Executive & Executive Hospital Billing AR

Job Description:

The Executive - AR is responsible for managing and resolving outstanding insurance and patient balances for hospital claims billed on UB-04 forms. The role involves working directly with insurance payers, identifying claim denials and underpayments, submitting appeals, following up on accounts receivable, and ensuring timely reimbursement while maintaining compliance with payer guidelines and client expectations.

Skills Required:

Review and follow up on outstanding UB-04 hospital claims with commercial, government, and managed care payers. Analyse unpaid, denied, rejected, and partially paid claims. Contact insurance companies through calls, payer portals,



and correspondence to obtain claim status and payment information. Identify root causes of payment delays and take appropriate corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred. Healthcare, Finance, Commerce, or related educational background is an added advantage.

Experience Required:

1 to 5 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Hospital AR follow-up using UB-04 claims. Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Managed Care payers preferred.
