Role Purpose:
Manage the end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and coordination for overseas group companies. The role involves maintaining books of accounts, supporting month-end and year-end closing, managing foreign currency transactions, inter-company accounting, and coordinating with overseas auditors, bankers, Govt Departments and business teams.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
- Understanding of foreign currency transactions and exchange rate impacts
- Understanding of Ind AS with exposure to IFRS concepts
- Prepare monthly MIS packs for management and overseas entities
