Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide one-on-one instruction and small group instruction to meet the unique learning needs of students.

- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.

- Collaborate with general education teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to develop comprehensive support plans.

- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience working as a Special Educator or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification in Special Education.

- Robust knowledge of child development theories, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, etc.
