We are hiring an MIS Analyst to support the preparation and analysis of business and financial reports. The ideal candidate should have experience in budgeting, P&L; analysis, cost analysis, and management reporting, with robust proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Analyse budgets, P&L;, costs, revenue, and financial performance.
- Monitor actuals against budget and identify variances and cost trends.
- Prepare analytical reports to support management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Create and manage Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to collect, validate, and reconcile data.




- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
- Support management with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in MIS, Cost Analysis, Financial Reporting, or a related role.
- Strong experience in Budgeting, P&L;, Cost Analysis, and Variance Analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Experience in FM, Infrastructure, Manpower, Contracting, or Finance will be an advantage.
