Job Description
Role: Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, applicators, builders
and developers
Identify potential dealers and prospects in designated territories through market
research and networking
¢ Achieve set targets through dealer visits, new dealer appointments, architect visits,
builder and contractor visits etc.
¢ Handle existing applicators/distributors and develop new ones.
¢ Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and recent product launches
¢ Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, funnel updates, and visit reports.
¢ Follow up for payments and ensure healthy account receivable
¢ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to foster sales growth, identifying and
pursuing new business opportunities.
¢ Communicate product benefits effectively to clients and dealers, ensuring strong
relationships and product availability within the dealer network.
Experience:
3-8 years of experience in tile adhesive and range of tile adhesive products.
