- Review customer RFQs, specifications, layouts, and tender documents to understand project requirements.
- Conduct customer discussions and site surveys to gather technical inputs and validate application requirements.
- Analyse material flow, throughput, and operational requirements to develop optimized automation solutions.
- Develop system concepts and proposal layouts for End-of-Line Packaging Automation applications using AutoCAD.
- Select and size conveyors, shuttles, sortation systems, palletizers, robotic systems, stretch wrappers, and strapping equipment.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements, operational objectives, safety standards, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and technology partners to develop cost-effective technical solutions.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing calculations, and techno-commercial proposals.
- Develop proposal documentation including scope, assumptions, exclusions, compliance statements, and technical specifications.
