ABOUT THE ROLE:

GMP Technical Solutions is looking for an experienced Sr. Planning Engineer to join our team at the Ghatkopar Head Office, Mumbai.

The candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end International project planning and scheduling for Pharma, Pharmaceutical, Cleanroom or Turnkey projects.

The role requires someone who can independently manage project planning activities for both International and Domestic projects, coordinate with different departments and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare and manage complete project schedules, planning activities and execution timelines.
- Independently handle end-to-end planning for International and Domestic projects.
- Prepare project schedules, BOQs, quantity take-offs and material planning.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Execution and Site teams.
- Monitor project progress, milestones and planned versus actual activities.
- Identify delays, highlight planning issues and suggest corrective actions.
- Prepare regular project progress reports and planning updates.
- Coordinate with overseas clients, vendors and internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain project schedules, planning records and other related documents.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- 511 years of relevant experience in Project Planning.
- Mandatory experience in Pharma, Pharmaceutical, Cleanroom or Turnkey projects or Relevant Industry.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project planning and scheduling.




- Ability to independently manage planning activities for International and Domestic projects.
- Good working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs and material planning.
- Good understanding of HVAC, Cleanroom and Mechanical projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive coordination, communication and reporting skills.

INDUSTRY REQUIREMENT:

Experience in Pharma, Pharmaceutical, Cleanroom or Turnkey project industries is mandatory.

Candidates with relevant project planning experience in these industries will be preferred.
