Job Role:

Mankind Pharma is hiring Area Business Managers (First Line Managers) for its Gynaecology segment across the HQs listed above

Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and monitor a team of Medical Representatives through regular joint field work.
- Achieve the area's sales targets and grow prescriptions among key gynaecologists and obstetricians. 3. Hire, train and retain MRs, and keep vacancies in the area filled.
- Review the team's call coverage, CRM reporting and productivity, and manage performance.
- Make sure products are available at stockists and chemists, and drive current launches and CMEs.
- Build relationships with key gynaecologists and nursing homes in the area.

Requirements:

- Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred); MBA is a plus
- 3-6 years in pharma field sales, with experience as an FLM or as a senior MR ready to step up
- Gynae / women's health experience preferred
- Strong team-handling and communication skills in English and the local language
- Based in or near the applied HQ and willing to travel across the area
