Responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining utility and water system equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations. The candidate should be willing to work in shifts and follow safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operate and monitor utility equipment and water treatment systems.
2. Handle day-to-day operations of utility systems and related equipment.
3. Monitor equipment parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, and water levels.
4. Perform routine inspections of pumps, motors, compressors, cooling towers, and other utility equipment.
5. Ensure proper operation of water systems, including water treatment and supply systems.
6. Identify abnormalities in equipment operation and report breakdowns to the concerned team.
7. Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
8. Maintain daily operational logs, checklists, and shift handover reports.
9. Follow plant safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
