Role & responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial models, pitch books, and valuation analyses.
- Support deal origination, investor outreach, and client presentations.
- Conduct due diligence, industry benchmarking, and peer comparison.
- Coordinate with lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders for transaction execution.
- Assist in structuring transactions and preparing term sheets, IMs, and proposals.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong understanding of finance, valuation, and deal execution.
- Excellent command over Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
- Solid analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects.
