Role & responsibilities Plant management, System implementation and improvement, DWM, Customer satisfaction. . Daily review of PQDS (Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Safety) .Monitor critical process parameters (CBM/TBM, tool life, MSA) . Develop powder coating process and improve product aesthetics . Achieve process rejection S 3% .Reduce customer complaints by 50% vs last FY .Lead CFT for customer complaint resolution . Manage Cost of Poor Quality (COpQ) . Ensure MSA and IATF system compliance .Compile NC reports and ensure closure within target dates Deliver {150 Cr annual sales from current facility .Maintain minimum 20% EBITDA .Drive cost red uction: LPG consumption RMC below BOM (10% reduction target) .Weekly cost reduction plan vs actual monitoring .Prepare plant MIS aligned with business plan and budgets .Submit CAPA for financial deviations
