We are hiring- Accounts Receivable Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in handling bank receipts, payment reconciliation and customer account management. The candidate should have a good understanding of accounting processes, particularly bank receipt entries and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and record daily bank receipts and customer payments.
- Identify and allocate incoming payments against outstanding customer invoices.
- Handle bank receipt entries in the accounting system/ERP.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
- Follow up with banks and internal teams for unidentified or unallocated receipts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams for payment-related queries.




- Assist in accounts receivable activities and month-end closing.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting of all bank transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 12 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Finance & Accounts.
- Good knowledge of bank receipts, payment allocation and bank reconciliation.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable communication, coordination and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.

Immediate to 15 days of joiners preferred
