Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the QA framework, including policies, processes, and quality standards aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy covering the myKONE application, integrations, and deployments.
- Ensure quality assurance is embedded across the entire lifecycle, from requirement definition to post-production validation.
- Manage quality metrics dashboards to monitor defect trends, test coverage, and product stability.
- Drive automation initiatives and mentor the team to continuously improve quality practices.
- Required Skills:
- Robust experience in QA strategy, test planning, and estimation.
- Hands-on automation experience with Playwright and/or Robot Framework.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
- Exposure to Jira and Xray test management.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing and automation.
