Role & responsibilities

- Support internal control reviews, risk assessments, and control testing across Finance, Logistics, and GBS processes.
- Identify process risks, control gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Perform periodic control testing, sample checks, and validate supporting evidence and documentation.
- Assist with Control Self-Assessments (CSA) and track remediation of identified control deficiencies.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing documentation and following up on audit findings.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on control effectiveness, risks, and remediation status.
- Maintain accurate documentation of control reviews, audit observations, and action plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Logistics, Compliance, Internal Audit, and GBS teams.




- Support implementation of Group Internal Control initiatives, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements, control standardization, and strengthening the overall control workplace.

Preferred candidate profile

2-5 years of relevant experience in Internal Controls, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance Controls, or related areas.

Minimum 2 years of experience in internal control testing, audits, risk assessments, or process reviews is preferred.

Experience working with Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Shared Services, or GBS environments will be an advantage.

Exposure to ERP systems and automated controls is desirable
