Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for piping, structural, and module manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to gather inputs and finalize schedules that account for resource availability, material lead times, and technical requirements.
- Monitor production progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and completed assemblies.
- Identify and resolve any delays, bottlenecks, or resource shortages that could affect production timelines, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure materials are available as required and handle any supply chain issues that might affect production schedules.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates on production status to project managers and senior management, highlighting any potential risks to project delivery.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to address potential schedule disruptions and ensure continuity in the production process.
- Optimize the use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Work closely with project managers to align production schedules with overall project timelines, ensuring that all project phases are completed on time.
- Participate in project meetings to review production progress, identify potential risks,



and ensure that corrective measures are taken when required.
- Conduct regular reviews of the production process to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
- Assist in preparing detailed production plans and schedules for future projects based on past performance data and industry benchmarks.
- Analyze and report on production delays, downtime, and other inefficiencies, providing recommendations for improvements in scheduling and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain a robust documentation system for production schedules, resource allocations, and changes made to timelines.

Requirements

- Reporting Manager Piping Lead Relevant Experience
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Reportees (If any): Engineering, or a related field. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field About Industries
- Technical knowledge in the field of Piping Engineering applicable to sector & industries
- Knowledge of modular design.
- Knowledge of Design Codes (ASME, DIN, EN), Standards & Regulations
- Conversant with piping components & dimensions / material standards
- Communication & Presentation skills
- Understanding of other engineering disciplines (civil, structure,



instrumentation, static / rotary equipment

- Conversant with Hygienic Piping & Stress Analysis
- Analytical abilities
- Hands-on Experience of 3D Modeling (Software like Auto Plant, Plant 4D, PDS, PDMS, Micro-station).

- Knowledge & Update about Latest available Technology solutions and trends for productive engineering.
- Strong understanding of piping design, installation standards, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

- 8-12 Years Exp
- This engineer plans and tracks the schedule for making and installing all the pipes and related structures for a project, making sure everything is ready on time and any problems are fixed quickly
- He should be aware Code standard, layout
- E3D exp is must
- Modular Design Exp Understanding of other engineering disciplines (civil, structure, instrumentation, static / rotary equipment & packages)
- 9AM 5:30PM – Shift timing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
