Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. SAP Functional Management

- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA functional solutions and configurations.
- Configure and support procurement, inventory, production, quality and plant maintenance processes across MM, PP, QM and PM.
- Drive SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements and workflows; coordinate with ABAP, Basis and technical teams.

2. SAPDigital Application Integration

- Drive functional integration of SAP S/4HANA with IIoT, LIMS, WMS, EHS, ESG, digital logbooks and other plant/enterprise applications.
- Define business rules, data mappings, master data requirements and end-to-end transaction flows.
- Understand integration technologies such as BAPI, IDoc, OData, APIs, RFC and Web Services from a functional perspective.
- Coordinate interface testing, data reconciliation,



error resolution and integration monitoring.

3. Testing, Deployment & Support

- Conduct functional and integration testing, support UAT, deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
- Manage incidents, service requests and change requests; troubleshoot issues and implement permanent solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, process controls and transaction traceability across SAP and connected applications.

4. Stakeholder & Process Management

- Collaborate with Plant Operations, Digitalization, SAP, ABAP, Basis teams and external implementation/AMS partners.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation and improved operational efficiency.
- Support Industry 4.0 initiatives, digitalization projects and SAP-driven dashboards/KPIs.
