Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Screener to support our recruitment team by identifying, screening, and evaluating candidates for consulting and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will have robust communication skills, an understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and screen resumes against job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews via phone or video calls.
- Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Explain job roles, company culture, compensation, and benefits to candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and consulting teams.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills





- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Ability to evaluate candidate profiles effectively.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong understanding of consulting industry roles is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Experience

- Prior recruitment, HR, or screening experience is an advantage.
- Experience hiring for senior consulting, program management, transformation, and leadership roles is an added advantage.
