Key Responsibilities

Drive origination of syndication opportunities across corporate and midcorporate clients

Build and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, FIs, wealth partners, and other capital providers.

Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities aligned with business targets and convert the same.

Coordinate end-to-end syndication execution, including lender onboarding, approvals, and disbursement

Ensure deals meet risk, compliance, and credit policy frameworks

Develop and execute strategy for expanding the syndication business

Identify new market opportunities, product ideas, and partnership models

Drive P&L; ownership, portfolio performance, and business sustainability

Collaborate closely with Credit, Risk, Treasury, Legal, Operations, and Product teams

Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.

Drive process excellence and quality standards across the syndication lifecycle
