Key responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment for Field Service Technician roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing technical/practical assessment coordination, offer management and onboarding.
- Proactively source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, Nakuri, employee referrals
- Schedule and manage candidate logistics for site visits and client interviews; ensure timely communication and solid candidate experience.
- Maintain and update ATS/tracker with accurate candidate records and metrics; deliver regular hiring reports to stakeholders.
- Work closely with operations and clients to define role requirements, pay bands, location details and onboarding requirements.
- Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, first-90-day retention, source effectiveness) and drive continuous improvement.
