Role & responsibilities

Those who interested to work as Shift engineer / Supervisor can apply .

- Operate and monitor HVAC equipment including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and Ventilation Systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.
- Attend breakdowns and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system parameters and maintain operational logs.
- Ensure proper functioning of BMS (Building Management System) and respond to alarms.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during servicing and repair activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts consumption.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor energy consumption and suggest improvements for energy efficiency.
- Support facility operations during emergency situations and shutdown activities.
- Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams for smooth operation of building services.

Work location -Hi Tech City ,Hyderabad .

Notice period -Immediate - 30 days .
