Job Title: Specialty Pharmacy Coordinator (SPC)- Evening & Night Shift.

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to Specialty Pharmacies (SPs) to check prescription status and follow up on pending cases.
- Coordinate with pharmacies, internal teams and external vendors to resolve prescription-related issues.
- Accurately update patient records, call details and case status in the system.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely prescription processing and fulfilment.
- Identify recurring issues and report trends impacting pharmacy performance.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Adhere to defined SOPs, data accuracy and compliance requirements.
- Support reporting, process improvements and overall program operations.

Required Skills:





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive customer service and outbound calling skills.
- Strong data entry, documentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask, troubleshoot and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Reimbursement or Customer Support will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call centre or healthcare operations.
- Willingness to work in rotational/flexible shifts as per business requirements.
- Good listening skills and ability to handle high-volume calls.
