HIRING | STORE MANAGER

Company: Amartex Family Mart

We are looking for agile, result-oriented and experienced Store Managers to join our retail operations team.

Job Locations:

- Panchkula (Haryana)

- Karsog (Himachal Pradesh)

- Rohru (Himachal Pradesh)

Eligibility & Experience:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Retail Store Management.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.

- Expertise in Shrinkage Control and Inventory Management.

- Strong leadership, team management and customer service skills.

- Two-wheeler and conveyance mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve store sales targets and drive business growth.

2. Ensure excellent customer service and customer acquisition.

3. Lead, train and motivate store teams.

4. Control shrinkage, pilferage and ensure SOP compliance.

5. Manage inventory, FIFO, stock ageing, damages and defects.

6. Drive operational excellence and store profitability.

Salary: 3.60 LPA 4.80 LPA
