Role & responsibilities

- Operate PET-CT equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures.

- Conduct daily quality control, calibration and equipment maintenance.

- Prepare, educate, position and monitor patients during examinations.

- Verify renal function and IV cannula patency before contrast administration.

- Monitor and manage contrast-related adverse reactions.

- Ensure patient safety, comfort, privacy and radiation protection.

- Select appropriate scanning protocols and technical parameters.

- Assist radiologists and nuclear medicine physicians.

- Handle image processing, CD copying and film printing.

- Maintain equipment, accessories, inventory and daily department records.

- Coordinate with support services to minimize equipment downtime.

- Follow departmental protocols and workflow procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- Must have valuable knowledge of CT scan procedures.
- Knowledge of PET-CT procedures is an added advantage.
- Male candidates only.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
