Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct clients hiring for US Staffing vertical

- Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
- Responsible for handling different types of Non IT requirements for Engineering (manufacturing, aerospace,semiconductor)
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

Job Requirements:

- Experience is required in Engineering recruitment
- Sourcing resumes from job portal Such as LinkedIn, Monster, Dice etc.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Must have excellent Communication skills.
- Technically strong.

Job Summary

Infotree Service Inc. is looking for experienced and result-oriented US Engineering Recruiters to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for US Engineering requirements, particularly in Non-IT domains such as Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Semiconductor.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage direct client requirements while achieving successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for direct client requirements within the US Staffing vertical.
- Handle Non-IT Engineering recruitment requirements across Manufacturing, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and related industries.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Source and screen resumes using platforms such as LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, and other relevant job portals.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and client-specific requirements.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Maintain a strong conversion ratio from submissions to interviews and successful placements.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Mandatory experience in US Engineering Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in Non-IT Engineering hiring.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Semiconductor hiring requirements.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment process and end-to-end staffing lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical understanding and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
