Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team responsible for collection of vehicle finance loans from customers across assigned areas.

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts through effective communication with clients.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor collections progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve queries related to loan disbursements or recoveries.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all aspects of collections management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-7 years of experience in auto loan collection or similar field (vehicle finance).

- Solid understanding of car loan products, including financing options and repayment terms.

- Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage teams effectively.

- Proficiency in loan collection processes, laws, regulations, and procedures.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
