Role & responsibilities

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop budgets, create forecasts, analyze performance, identify trends, and report on financial health.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare financial statements, ensure adherence to laws/regulations, manage audits, and maintain internal controls.
- Cash Flow & Investments: Monitor cash flow, evaluate investment opportunities, and manage capital deployment.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to minimize them.
- Team Leadership: Supervise finance/accounting staff, set goals, and foster career development.
- Strategic Guidance: Partner with senior management to provide financial insights for decision-making and long-term planning.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; often a Master's.
- Experience: Proven track record as a Financial Manager or senior accountant.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial software (SAP, QuickBooks), and tax laws.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
