Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and experienced Sr. Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Brand Team. This role will focus on developing and executing visually compelling content across various digital and print platforms to streamline and elevate the ASG brand. The Sr. Graphic & Motion Designer will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to produce high-quality designs that communicate our USPs and enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Design & Development: Develop and maintain brand toolkit to ensure consistency that aligns with ASGs brand standards, including color schemes, typography, and visual guidelines. Act as the gatekeeper for all visual assets created and shared by the company and other teams.
- Digital & Print Collateral: Design and produce materials such as animations, social media graphics, brochures, email templates, web banners, product catalogs, presentations, and event signage.
- Video & Motion Content: Concept, edit, and produce short-form video content, product showcase videos, and project walkthroughs. Create motion graphics, social posts, and video ads optimized for each platforms formats and trends.




- Launch Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create eye-catching visuals for product, store, and partner brand launches, including supporting materials for email marketing campaigns, website landing pages, and social media promotions.
- Website & Social Media Assets: Collaborate with website architect to design website layouts and UX improvements, and create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Project Management: Maintain organized files, follow project requirements and timelines, and build effective progress tracking system for your work. Balance multiple projects to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Content Ideation & Brainstorming: Participate in creative sessions to brainstorm ideas that effectively fulfil requirements while keeping it fresh.
- Design Leadership & Quality Review: Own the end-to-end design workflow, from brief intake to final delivery. Review and proof all campaign artwork for accuracy, brand consistency, and quality. Provide constructive creative feedback to internal teams, agencies, and freelancers, and help guide junior designers through best practices.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.




- Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic and motion design, preferably within the architecture, interior design, or home improvement industries.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, etc.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design.
- Hands-on experience editing short-form video (Reels/Shorts), including transitions, captions, text animation, sound, and platform-specific formats.
- Understanding of print production, including prepress, CMYK, bleeds, and coordinating with print vendors for brochures and catalogs.

- Portfolio: A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing digital and print design skills, with an emphasis on product, brand, and visual storytelling. It must include social media creatives, reels/video or motion work, and print collateral such as brochures or catalogs. Website/UI samples are a plus.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of industry trends in interior design and surface materials.
- Experience in AR/VR integration for enhanced client presentations.
- Familiarity/understanding with architectural CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.
