Job Title: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Brief: We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Chartered Accountant to lead our accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial management, taxation, and auditing. He will play a critical role in ensuring the organisation's financial health and regulatory compliance while delivering timely insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Month-End Close: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely,



accurate month-end close processes in strict adherence to the internal calendar.
- Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare and present Monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to leadership as per the internal reporting calendar. Prepare the Annual Budget for the operating businesses.
- Annual Financials & Audit Management: Take ownership of closing yearly financials and preparing complete financial statements, including entity consolidation under IND AS. Manage and coordinate statutory and internal audits, ensuring successful completion under stringent timelines.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and continuously monitor internal financial and accounting policies, ensuring complete procedural compliance across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Taxation Expertise: Solid, up-to-date working knowledge of Income Tax and GST laws.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience with Tally and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex financial challenges.
- Excellent time-management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
