Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through Bancassurance partnerships.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase life insurance penetration and opportunities with bank customers.

- Collaborate with branch managers and relationship managers to identify potential clients and develop new business leads.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy development.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to bancassurance operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-13 years of experience in Bancassurance or similar industry (insurance sales).

- Robust understanding of banking products, life insurance, and other financial services.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
