PlRole & responsibilities

1. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with packaging vendors and the Brand Team for packaging material requirements, specifications, artwork, and approvals.

2. Order Management: Manage packaging material orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

3. Dispatch & Factory Coordination: Coordinate packaging material dispatches and ensure timely delivery to the factory as per production requirements.

4. Purchase Order (PO) Management: Prepare, track, and manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely closure of pending orders.

5. Invoice Management: Collect vendor invoices, verify them against POs and deliveries, and upload invoices into the company system.

6. Packaging Material Tracking: Maintain records of orders, dispatches, deliveries, invoices,



and pending packaging material requirements.

7. Documentation: Maintain packaging-related documents and ensure all required records are updated in the system.

8. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with the Procurement, Finance, Brand, and Factory teams to resolve packaging-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

Follow-up & Reporting: Track pending POs, delayed dispatches, invoice status, and material delivery schedules; provide regular updates to the reporting manager
