URGENT OPENING F&D; ASSISTANT MANAGER

Position: F&D; Assistant Manager Formulation & Development

Location: Savli, Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm/ MSC

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day Formulation & Development (F&D;) activities and team.

Drive pre-formulation, formulation development, optimization and stability studies.

Conduct literature, patent and market/innovator sample studies for product development.

Develop robust formulations meeting QTPP & CQAs for Domestic, ROW and Regulated Markets.

Lead scale-up, pilot/exhibit batches and technology transfer to manufacturing.

Review PDR, MFR, batch manufacturing protocols and technical documents.

Coordinate with QA, QC, Analytical, Regulatory, Production, Packaging and other cross-functional teams.





Provide technical support for commercial products, troubleshooting, deviations and process improvements.

Manage stability studies as per ICH guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance.

Mentor the F&D; team and ensure project timelines, resource utilization and risk mitigation
