Automation & Robotics Engineer:

For this role, the candidate should have solid hands-on experience in the following key areas:

Communication / Connectivity:

- OPC UA, MQTT
- Modbus and other industrial communication protocols

Middleware / Integration Layer:

- Kepware drivers / Industrial Gateway servers/ Node-RED
- Custom data connectors (Scripts)
- Middleware solutions for converting OT into IT

OT Systems:

- PLC / DCS / RTU / HMI / SCADA / Field Devices

Integrates and connects industrial machines, equipment and IoT devices OPC-UA, MQTT, Kepware, OPC Router, Node-RED

Deploys the Unified Namespace (UNS) stack — HiveMQ, Sparkplug, HighByte — and configures industrial data flows

Manages real-time and batch data collection for production monitoring

Designs and deploys supervision dashboards (Grafana,



Ignition) for equipment and factory performance

Supports operator training and troubleshooting of connected assets

- Tech (priority): OPC UA, MQTT, Sparkplug B, Node-RED, Kepware, OPC Router, HighByte, HiveMQ, PLC / SCADA, Ignition, Grafana, Modbus / Profinet, edge connectivity, industrial protocols.
- Domain: Shopfloor automation, machine integration, SCADA / HMI, manufacturing execution.
- Prioritize shopfloor / PLC / SCADA time over pure IT — this role lives on the floor.
Core stack: OPC UA + MQTT + Kepware / Ignition; probe depth on at least two of these.
