Business Babu (brand of Genz Global Liaisoning Services Pvt Ltd) is a compliance and regulatory services firm with offices in Ghaziabad and Meerut, serving clients across India. We help businesses with GST, ITR, Company Registration, MCA Compliance, Trademark, IEC/ICEGATE, FSSAI, EPR, DSC, RCMC, Certificate of Origin and Website Designing.

We are hiring 2 confident, well-spoken Inside Sales Executives to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is about sincere, consistent follow-up and clear communication - there are NO sales targets or pressure.

Role & responsibilities:

- Cold call potential clients, pitch our services and convert interest into business

- Follow up with incoming leads over call, WhatsApp and email

- Follow up with clients who have received quotations and help them close

- Draft professional emails and WhatsApp messages in English and Hindi

- Maintain lead records and follow-up status

- Communicate confidently and like an informed advisor on client compliance needs

Preferred candidate profile:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass

- Freshers are welcome - good communication,



or the willingness to improve it, is what matters

- Good spoken and written English and Hindi

- Comfortable writing professional emails and WhatsApp messages

- Confident, polite and sincere on calls

- Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel / Google Sheets)

- LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY: must currently live in Ghaziabad, Modinagar, Muradnagar, Meerut or Dasna (Delhi / Noida also considered). Applications from other cities will not be considered.

- Immediate joiners preferred (joining within a week)

- Salary Rs 15,000 - 22,000 per month, based on profile
