Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve outstanding balances with healthcare providers.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and reducing write-offs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., billing, customer service) to resolve issues related to patient statements, insurance coverage, and payment processing.
- Utilize RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) software to manage workflows, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional communication skills when interacting with customers via phone or email.
