Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Team Lead for an International Retail Banking process. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in International Banking Chat Operations, team management, performance monitoring, and customer service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in International Retail Banking Chat Process.
- Minimum 1 year of Team Lead experience on paper is mandatory.
- Must have managed a team of 20–30 associates.
- Age should be below 35 years.
- Must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Candidates with an absconding history are not eligible.
- Immediate joiners preferred; candidates serving notice period are also eligible.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage team performance against productivity, quality,



CSAT, AHT, and SLA targets.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure process adherence.
- Coach team members, provide feedback, and drive performance improvement.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Quality, Training, SMEs, and Operations teams.
- Drive team productivity and maintain operational efficiency.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary up to 8.5 LPA, depending on previous CTC and interview performance.
- Competitive hike based on previous CTC.
- 5-day working week with 2 rotational offs.
