Job Description

Sutherland is hiring Customer Support Executives for its Logistics Voice Process. We are looking for candidates with positive English communication skills who can efficiently handle customer inquiries related to shipments, tracking, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls related to logistics and shipment inquiries.
- Provide shipment tracking updates and resolve delivery-related concerns.
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Prior BPO or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in a day shift with 6 working days per week.
