We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control activities for our construction projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project master schedules, baseline programmes and milestone charts.
- Monitor project progress against approved timelines and identify delays or deviations.
- Monitor project milestones, resource requirements and overall project performance.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress updates to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction / EPC.
- Robust expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience in project scheduling, critical path analysis, S-curves and MIS reporting.
- Strong coordination, analytical and project monitoring skills.
