Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React.js on the front end and Java with Spring Boot on the back end. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, work closely with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, Material UI, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Build reusable React components and manage application state with React Hooks and the Context API.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code.
- Apply data structures and algorithms to solve complex problems and optimize application performance.
- Design and manage database schemas, write optimized SQL queries, and work with databases using Heidi SQL.
- Integrate front-end components with back-end services and third-party APIs.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining code quality, including under pressure.

Preferred candidate profile

Front End

- Strong proficiency in React.js, including functional components and component lifecycle
- Solid knowledge of React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, useMemo, useCallback,



etc.) and the Context API
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with Material UI (MUI) components and theming
- Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3

Back End

- Strong experience in Java (Java 8 or higher; Java 17+ preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, including REST APIs, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security
- Understanding of microservices and MVC architecture

Database

- Good knowledge of SQL databases (such as MySQL or MariaDB)
- Experience working with database tools such as HeidiSQL for queries, schema design, and data management

Computer Science Fundamentals

- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
- Good problem-solving and logical reasoning ability

Good to Have

- Experience with Git and version control workflows
- Familiarity with unit testing (JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Exposure to Postman, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines

Soft Skills

- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of skilled experience in full stack development
