Role & responsibilities

Young Engineers will work with experienced professionals and contribute to project activities relevant to their discipline:

Civil:

- Support the execution and monitoring of civil and structural works.
- Review civil drawings, specifications and project requirements with the team.
- Assist with site measurements, quantity calculations and estimates.
- Monitor work progress, material usage and workmanship.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project records.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and other project teams.
- Support coordination between civil works and mechanical and electrical services.
- Follow project quality and safety procedures.





Additional training or course-completion certificates in the following areas will be an added advantage for Civil freshers.

- AutoCAD 2D drafting and preparation of civil engineering drawings.
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel and related documentation tools.
- Microsoft Project / Primavera project scheduling, planning and progress tracking.
- STAAD.Pro structural analysis and design software.
- PowerPoint (PPT) preparing project presentations and reports.
