Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with 7-15 years of experience in large-scale Township, Residential, Mixed-use, Commercial, and Infrastructure development projects. The candidate will be responsible for electrical design review, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems across township projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and review electrical systems, schematics, and layouts for industrial/commercial projects.
- Manage electrical engineering activities from concept through commissioning and handover.
- Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, estimates, and engineering documentation.
- Perform load calculations, cable sizing, protection coordination studies, and equipment selection.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, civil, procurement, and project management.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning,



and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards, quality requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Review contractor/vendor drawings and approve technical submittals.
- Conduct root cause analysis for electrical failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution within budget and timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and site teams.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 7-15 years of experience in real estate, township, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience handling projects from design review through execution and commissioning.
