- Develop and implement strategic plans for nursing education programs, including curriculum development and faculty recruitment.

- Oversee administrative tasks such as budget management, resource allocation, and staff supervision.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Nursing or related field with 12-20 years of experience.

- Proficiency in professor activities such as research grant writing.
