Unistone is expanding into custom aluminum sheet-metal faade products and is looking for an experienced sales professional to develop this business.

We are looking for someone who has sold architectural faade or metal-envelope products and understands how projects move from an architects concept to specification, quotation and execution.

Responsibilities

- Develop business with architects, facade consultants, developers, builders and faade contractors.
- Promote custom aluminum facade products, including folded faade panels, cassettes, screens, fins, louvers and feature elements.
- Identify upcoming projects and build a robust pipeline of enquiries.
- Coordinate samples, proposals, quotations and technical discussions with the design and production teams.
- Follow projects through specification,



order placement and execution.

Requirements

- Experience in sales or business development with an aluminum facade, metal-cladding or architectural-metal company.
- Good working knowledge of facade projects, customers and the specification process.
- Ability to understand drawings and discuss product requirements with architects and project teams.
- Strong communication, presentation and follow-up skills.
- Existing relationships in the facade and building industry will be an advantage.

Experience: Preferably 5+ years in relevant facade or architectural-metal sales
