The role involves ensuring accurate tax deductions, timely compliance, and maintaining employee tax records in accordance with applicable statutory regulations.

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance.

13 years of experience in HR Payroll, Income Tax, or Tax Compliance.

Good knowledge of Indian Income Tax rules and TDS provisions.

Hands-on experience in employee tax declaration and investment proof verification.

Knowledge of income tax calculations under the Old and Current Tax Regimes.

Understanding of Form 16.

Knowledge of quarterly TDS returns and statutory compliance.

Good analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.

Strong communication and employee coordination skills.
