The Salesforce Technical Project Manager at Mirketa Inc. is responsible for leading end-to-end technical project delivery within Salesforce ecosystems, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and stakeholder coordination to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

-Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce implementation and integration projects from inception to go-live, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, operations, and end-users to gather requirements, define scope, and validate solutions.

-Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including project planning, risk assessment, milestone tracking, and post-implementation reviews.

-Serve as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.

-Oversee configuration, customization, automation, and integration activities within Salesforce,



ensuring compliance with security, data governance, and performance standards.

-Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of integrations and support services, maintaining clear communication and accountability.

Job Requirements

-Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management with a strong technical background in Salesforce platforms.

-Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-phase Salesforce implementations, including custom objects, workflows, automation, and integrations.

-Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud, and related tools such as Salesforce CLI, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce Admin tools.

-Solid understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, with experience in managing project lifecycles and workflows.

-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage conflict effectively.

-Ability to analyze technical requirements, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions to ensure project success and scalability.
