Key Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with VMS platforms such as LotusOne, StafferLink, Westway, or any other VMS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
- Knowledge of US healthcare recruitment processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent for healthcare positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and potential candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.




- Provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process until successful placement is made.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers extended, and other relevant metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of W2 compliance requirements for US healthcare professionals.
- 1-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or staffing industry.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Beeline or Fieldglass for efficient candidate management.
