Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential business leads through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and new business opportunities.
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce company services.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and arrange appointments for the Business Development team.
- Maintain and update lead databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead management and conversion.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communication.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic understanding of Sales, Marketing,



and Business Development.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential customers.
- Confidence in making cold calls and interacting with clients.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
