Job Purpose

We are looking for two dynamic and experienced Trainers to design and deliver employee training programmes across our sales, office and manufacturing operations. The candidates will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing customised training modules and improving employee skills, performance, productivity and workplace effectiveness.

Position 1: Sales Trainer – FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

- Train field sales employees on FMCG sales processes, product knowledge and market execution.
- Develop training modules covering sales techniques, distributor management, retailer handling and customer engagement.
- Conduct induction, product and refresher training programmes for sales teams.
- Provide practical field coaching through market visits and on-the-job training.
- Train employees on sales planning, market development and target achievement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience in training FMCG field sales employees is essential.
- Robust understanding of FMCG sales, general trade and distribution networks.
- Experience in developing sales training modules and conducting practical training sessions.
- Solid communication, presentation and coaching skills.

Position 2: Operations Trainer

Key Responsibilities:





- Conduct training programmes for factory workers, operational staff and office employees.
- Develop training modules on teamwork, workplace professionalism, discipline, communication and work ethics.
- Train employees on operational processes, standard working practices and workplace efficiency.
- Conduct employee induction and behavioural development programmes.
- Identify skill gaps and design customised training programmes based on departmental requirements.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience in employee training, behavioural development or operations training.
- Experience in training manufacturing workforce, factory employees and office staff will be preferred.
- Understanding of workplace discipline, teamwork, professionalism and operational practices.
- Ability to independently design training modules and deliver effective sessions.

Common Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PG qualification in HR, Training or related fields will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently develop and customise training modules.
- Strong facilitation, coaching and employee engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as per training requirements.
